It all started 50 years ago, Foxy would show up for charter yacht Maverick’s beach BBQ. Maverick was a Brixham ketch, 80 ft or so, and a Dunkirk veteran. Foxy would bring his guitar and sing for the guests on Maverick. He’s always bring one of the children, so that at least one of the kids got a good meal that day. And so in 2025 the Spirit of Tradition is still alive and well, join us to celebrate the 50th Foxys Wooden boat regatta.
